Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplement products, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at support@mamaroot.net within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened bottles
  • Used products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@mamaroot.net within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
